The reason to participate in this project was because I particularly like the focus on sustainability of the assignment. Crowdfunding for me is especially interesting because it has a high potential to support social entrepreneurs, but does not yet exploit all the opportunities it has. Therefore major gains can be achieved by making crowdfunding more effective. This way more social entrepreneurs can execute their ideas and create value for society. My experience with this project was really positive, because of the freedom we had in writing the proposal. What I really liked was the inspiring kick-off event, which gave me lots of ideas to work with. The reception at the ASN Bank headquarters for the final presentations was really nice. We got the chance to present our ideas in their auditorium on the biggest projection screen I had ever worked with! The feedback I got on my proposal and presentation from ASN Bank was very valuable. The chance to approach a project from a practical point of view is definitely a reason to recommend others to participate in similar consultancy projects.
