Inge Lamberts
Chairwoman MSc Global Business & Sustainability Through my master's program in Global Business & Sustainability, I learn about the importance of sustainable business every day. How fortunate then, that our university is located in Rotterdam: one of the most sustainable cities in Europe! In Rotterdam, young entrepreneurs are finding new, innovative ways to make a difference, while prestigious multinationals are leading the way in sustainability in their industry. I am excited to connect all students at Erasmus University to these great initiatives, and hope to inspire them to adapt a sustainable mindset in their future careers. |

Treasurer BSc International Business Administration Global problems such as climate change, consumerism and pollution are very real and require change. Inspiring young people to tackle these problems is one of the biggest challenges we face today. As a student of Erasmus University I take pride in being part of the most important think-tank in Dutch business. It is my mission to bring sustainability closer to the leaders of the future by inspiring them through my position at GreenEUR. |

Marketing Manager MSc Supply Chain Management Among companies in the contemporary world, attention for sustainability and sustainable governance is rising. It is important for us students to acknowledge the fact that we are the potential future leaders of these companies, and that it is our duty and privilege to incorporate this sustainable vision into the daily business practices of these corporations. As a member of the GreenEUR board I believe we can provide students of the Erasmus University with opportunities to reach out to companies that already incorporate sustainability into day-to-day business by organizing events aimed at triggering the students' passion for environmental issues we face nowadays. By doing so, we hope to inspire students to contribute to making the world a better place. |

Erasmus Sustainability Days Chair MSc Economics and Business As a student at Erasmus University I've become very aware of the pressing environmental issues our society currently faces and more importantly of the impact we, as individual students, can make. Our most important resource is the knowledge we cultivate from studying and living in a diverse city such as Rotterdam. It is our social responsibility to make use of this knowledge and to take active steps towards a more sustainable future. As part of the GreenEUR Board, I am committed to making students more aware of the impact they can make during their lives as students, and especially during their future careers. Through active engagement, we wish to encourage the students to prioritize environmental issues and to think and act sustainably in order to allow future generations to enjoy our planet in the same way we are able to. By introducing students to sustainable companies we would hope to inspire the students to be a part of the change. |
